Volunteer Development Grants & Annual Club Survey

To All Clubs
 
We would like to have information on all people who are volunteering within basketball clubs in England. Please download the volunteer information form that will enable you to provide us with details on all of your club's volunteers. Please include on the form anyone who has already registered as a member with England Basketball.
 
In return for this information we will provide your club with a Volunteer Development Grant, intended to help your club to provide volunteers with training and support, based on the number of volunteers on your return. Please see the table below.

11 to 20 £400
21 to 30 £600
31 to 40 £700
41 or more £800
 
Please Note: The minimum information we require is the full name of the volunteer, the roles which they fulfill, an Email or postal address and their date of birth. If any of this information is not provided for a particular volunteer, they will not be included when calculating the Volunteer Development Grant for your club.
 
We also attach the Annual Club Survey to be downloaded. We would be very grateful if you could complete the survey and return it to us with the requested information.
