Junior Final Fours: Manchester repeat as U14 Boys playoff champions

A huge second quarter propelled Manchester Magic to back-to-back U14 playoff championships after they defeated Notts Nova
90-64 on Sunday in Sheffield.
Magic's big man, 6'5" Hamad Ali, was superb with 33 points and 16 rebounds and was awarded the MVP for his efforts. Ali showed his range and a soft touch around the rim, recording his double-double in just 30 minutes.
Magic only had a four point lead heading into second period, but by halftime they led 52-28.
Luke Mitchell led all Nova players with 26 points before fouling out in the fourth.
Haringey Hawks edged Worthing Thunder 72-70 in the third place playoff and for all results from the U14 Boys playoff Final Fours please see below.
